Does this sound familiar?

You shot video — but it sits unused

You have an intro video or event footage. Where and how to use it was never decided.

What we doWe decide where it will be used before we shoot. You keep the footage, so clips can be cut later.

You started — but it didn't last

Short videos began, but who shoots, who edits and when to publish never settled.

What we doWe set the content each month and decide the next step in a review — including when to stop.

You have someone in charge — but not enough hands

When one person shoots and edits alone, their actual job stalls.

What we doWe take only the parts you lack hands for, and build toward your team running it in-house.

Shooting and editing alone solve none of these. We decide where the video is used, hand over footage and rights, and agree together on how to continue.

Ways to continue — three stages of involvement

A one-off is fine. Decide whether to continue after you have used it.

  • Try first

    Fits when
You want to make one piece and actually use it.
    What you receive
The video, and the footage we shot.
    What comes next
Use it, then decide whether to continue.
  • Keep publishing

    Fits when
You know where to publish, but lack hands for shooting and editing.
    What you receive
Shooting and editing agreed each month, the footage, and a review session.
    What comes next
In the review we decide together: continue, change the format, or stop.
  • Run it in-house

    Fits when
You have someone in charge and want to publish on your own.
    What you receive
Training and feedback; shooting and editing in the months you need. The procedure stays with you.
    What comes next
As it starts running on its own, we step back.

"Keep publishing" and "Run it in-house" are the same form of contract: the content (shooting, editing, training, feedback) can be swapped month by month.

What changes the quote

We give the figure after the consultation, in the quote. It changes mainly with three things.

Shooting days and locations

How many days, and where. Whether the place needs travel or permits.

Length and number of videos

Long or short. The more clips to cut, the more editing.

Where it will be used

Internal, public, or advertising. Where it is used changes how music and the people who appear on camera are handled.

How It Works

STEP 1 Contact

Use the form. You don't need to know what to shoot yet.

STEP 2 Consultation (30 min)

We ask where the video will be used, what footage you already have, and who on your side is involved.

STEP 3 Quote and spec

What we shoot, the length, where it is used and how rights are handled — in writing.

STEP 4 Shoot and edit

We make a small piece, you look at it, and we decide the next step.

STEP 5 Handover and check

We hand over the video and footage. If you continue, we hold a review.

Promises

What we promise

  • We make something small, show it to you, and decide the next step together.
  • If you continue, we decide together in a review: continue, change the format, or stop.
  • We hand over the footage and the rights.

What we do not promise

  • View counts, subscriber numbers or any other figures.
  • Results such as "growth" or "more hires".
  • Speed.

What you receive, and what stays with you

  • Footage

We hand over the footage we shoot (storage is for a limited period).

  • Copyright

  • Licences

  • Revisions

The number of revisions is set in the quote.

Footage, rights, know-how: what remains after the video stays in your hands.

We want to be clear about these up front. If one applies to you, we will talk through alternatives in the consultation.
