- One or a few people want to learn the theory first.

- Hearing from other companies’ participants is valuable.
- One person wants to try it before you run it in-house.
Private training fits when
- A team or department wants shared language and understanding.
- You want to work with your own cases and vocabulary.
- You need to set dates and place on your own terms.
- You want to go straight from the training into discussing your own workplace issues.
